Some context:
We Indians are obsessed with checking weight. And for us, weight is not just a number; it's an emotion, a pressure, and often, becomes an obsession. No wonder the weighing scale market in India is worth USD 300 million.

But here's the truth and the takeaway for you:
Don't check our weight daily. Because it can fluctuate by 1 to 2 kg daily.

Why? Because our bodies hold water.
When we eat more salt or carbs, sleep poorly, feel stressed, are sore from a workout, or during periods, our body naturally holds on to water, and it shows up on the scale. But none of this means we gained fat :)

Rather, we should:
👉 Check weight once a week or twice a month, preferably at the same time.

👉 Stop worrying about the number, but focus on our effort and showing up. The results will come.
