One thing summer makes us crave the most: Cold Sugary Aerated Drinks (Coke, limca, pepsi, nimbuz)

Now, ofc I would want you all to consume better alternatives .

But I know life happens, so here's a way to make the aerated drinks 0.01% better for you :)

1. Dilute with Sparkling Water
Mix 50% drink + 50% plain sparkling water. Will reduce sugar, caffeine, and acidity per serving, while keeping the fizz.

2. Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice before pouring the soda. This reduces the amount of soda you drink, slows down your drinking pace and slightly dilutes it as the ice melts.

3. Switch to Smaller Servings
Buy mini cans or bottles (150–200 ml) instead of the regular 330 ml or 500 ml ones.

4. Don’t Drink on an Empty Stomach
Soda is very acidic and sugary. Drinking it with food helps reduce its impact on blood sugar and protect your stomach lining and teeth.

5- Choose No sugar or zero calories options.
